-sync latest changes from CyanogenMod repo (cm-10.1)
-uses latest published kernel for all devices.

-recovery: set bootloader to download mode (advanced)
p4wifi/p4vzw/p4tmo/p4/p3:
-system: update kernel/wifi
-enable in-line kernel building
Note:
Models with a radio will not have that partition available.
